optimal location, super staff, all round very comfortable experience! our standard king room was functional with an outstanding view. breakfast was bountiful and good hot, they offered fruit, cheese, jam and toast. good pool and public beach.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was fancy and I loved the streets of Playa del Carmen. Warm, gorgeous room with essentials. Lots of jam, toast, cheese and fruit at breakfast. There were shopping malls and main shopping street around the property. Had free hot drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening. Good value, well presented food.
